MPRA Conference 2014
Inclusion Featured at Missouri Park & Recreation Annual Conference
Feb. 19, 2014 —Landscape Structures Inc., a Delano, Minn.-based commercial playground equipment manufacturer, along with its Missouri playground consultants, ATHCO, L.L.C. and NuToys Leisure Products, Inc., will exhibit at the 2014 Missouri Park & Recreation Association Annual Conference & Expo taking place from Feb. 25 to 28 in Osage Beach. The conference will feature Aron Hall, director of programs for the National Inclusion Project’s “Let’s ALL Play” partnership, as the keynote speaker. This learning experience was made possible through the 2013-2014 State Association Speaker Scholarship program from Landscape Structures.
Inclusion is where everyone can participate and everyone can belong. During Hall’s keynote, he’ll discuss how every person has a unique set of gifts that can be fostered and developed. With the right mindset and taking responsibility to set the right atmosphere, he’ll show attendees how they can create a ripple effect through the people served, families, and the community-at-large. A graduate of North Carolina State University, Hall has had multiple experiences in education and recreational programs—summer camp director for North Raleigh Christian Academy, director for a local chapter of Royal Family Kids’ Camp, and counselor and leadership staff for A.E. Finley YMCA. Hall is also a member of the Advisory Board for the National Alliance for Accessible Golf.
Hall’s 85-minute session will be presented at 9:20 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 26.
