Indiana Parks & Recreation Professionals Gather to “Invest, Innovate, Lead”

Jan. 8, 2014 —Landscape Structures Inc., a Delano, Minn.-based commercial playground equipment manufacturer, along with its Indiana playground consultants, Countryside Play Structures, LLC and NuToys Leisure Products, Inc., will exhibit at the 2014 Indiana Park & Recreation Association Conference Jan. 15-17, in Indianapolis. The conference will feature Patrick Henry, author of The Pancake Principle, as the keynote speaker. This learning experience was made possible through the 2013-2014 State Association Speaker Scholarship program from Landscape Structures.

During his keynote, Henry will teach attendees how they and their organizations can gain traction through fundamental success strategies to increase sales, grow customer loyalty, and achieve peak performance. Through hilarious songs, laugh-out-loud stories, and actionable content, he will share how to create an emotional connection with clients because—according to Henry—when you make people feel, only then are you truly open for business. Henry draws from years as a Nashville songwriter and musician to prompt attendees to take immediate action.

Henry’s keynote will be presented at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 15. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit Countryside Play Structures, NuToys Leisure Products, and Landscape Structures in the exhibit hall following the keynote session to learn about the latest trends in playground design, including net play and signature design.
