Legacy of Play Contest Now Open

Contest to bring $25,000 in playground equipment to Kiwanis club

Landscape Structures and Kiwanis International, a global organization of members of every age who are dedicated to serving the children of the world, have launched the Legacy of Play Contest on Facebook. The Contest will help a deserving Kiwanis club bring a playground to their community.

The winning Kiwanis club will receive $25,000 in playground equipment to be used toward a playground project. The contest is open to all Kiwanis clubs that are currently working on a playground project, and that can complete the project on or around 2018 Kiwanis One Day.

It's easy to enter! Between April 13 and May 14, 2017, simply submit your club's playground proposal on the Legacy of Play Contest tab on Kiwanis International's Facebook page, then ask for support via online voting starting May 16. The 10 submissions with the highest number of votes by 11 a.m. CST on May 31 will become finalists. A panel of judges will then select the winning club.
