CA - Conejo Creek North Park
Video features a Landscape Structures playground at Conejo Creek North Park in Thousand Oaks California.
[video: scene fades into an elevated view of one of the play areas for younger children at the park. Camera flies over the top of the play structure with two shades overhead. Camera switches to a full side view of the play area with climbing domes, noodle step pads, and a multi-person spinner. Scene switches to two boys as they walk up the steps of the play structure to a double laned slide. One boy aggressively sits down and rides down the slide. Camera switches to a fly over bird’s eye view of the smaller play area. Focused view of a play panel that reads “Which turtle will win the race?”. Three turtle shapes sit at the bottom of the panel with groves so children can race the turtles. Camera pans from the ground up the top of playground posts with step pads that are brightly colored in blue and green looking like trees or coral. Scene switches back to an elevated view of the first play area. Camera focuses on a play panel with a finger maze to trace the path of a fish. Two boys play around and in a climbing dome with small peak holes. The dome has a turtle head incorporated to make the dome look like a turtle shell. Scene fades out and back into a full elevated rotating view of the second play area for older children. A large tower sits in the center of the play area with a fish design structure to the left and another climbing structure to the right. From the ground across the playground a boy plays in the body of the fish designed structure. Camera switches to an elevated pan over a girl as she climbs on the smaller structure next to the tower. Camera focuses on the fish structure as a girl walks between play activities in the background. A boy jumps and climbs on suspended ropes with foot disks and ball knots in the bell of the fish structure. The camera peaks through the “ribs” of the fish structure to a boy and girl as they play on the ropes. The boy and girl jump up and down on a large wobble pod shaped to be the fishes tale. Camera switches to a rotating view around the second play area. Camera pans left tot right showing more of the play area with its unique structures and colors. Camera pans from the ground up to the top of the large tower structure. A girl transitions from a vertical climbing net to a pull up bar. Scene fades out and back into the girl as she smiles and waves to the camera. Scene fades out and back into a close-up of a boy’s face as he smiles. Scene fades out and back into a full elevated view of the second play area set next to a small creek and surrounded by lush green trees. Screen fades to white. A black vertical line appears in the center of the screen. The RecWest Outdoor Products Inc. logo slides out from the black line to the right of the screen. Then the Landscape Structures logo slides out to the left of the line. Text fades in below both logos reading: For a better tomorrow we play today. Screen fades to black and video ends.]
